We at the General Store take pride in the products we sell! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items they can be returned up to 30 days from the ship date of the order, just contact us at customerservice or call 952-935-7131.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed (most orders process sooner). If an item is out of stock it will be held as a backorder (backorders are not charged until shipped). If you have multiple items and one is out of stock, the in-stock items will ship, and the out of stock item will be put on backorder, and shipped with no additional shipping charges.
All orders shipped within Minnesota will have applicable sales tax added as required by
law.

All information is kept confidential and will not be sold or distributed by any means. We reserve the right to alter, limit or modify programs rules, regulations, rewards or to terminate the club at any time. Club Cards are non-transferable and cannot be used to earn points unless tendered by the name of cardholder. Club Card must be present to earn points. Only one named cardholder is allowed per account. When a purchased item is returned, any points earnedwhen it was purchased will be deducted from your account.Rewards will be issued on the 1st of every month to those who qualify for wards. No monthly statements will be sent. You may not receive cash back on unused certificate amounts.All rewards expire after 60 days of issue.Club Card has no expiration. Points have no expiration. Points earned only on regular priced in-store merchandise.
