To commemorate the election and inauguration of the nation's first African-American president, David designed Whole World In His Hands. The design, an African-American Santa holding a miniature White House, represents the possibilities that exist in this country for all people who through hard work and with the support of family and friends, achieve an education and persevere. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this ornament will benefit the United Negro College Fund (UNCF).
